After going to fashion school in Monterrey, Mexico and finding her love for illustration she moved to NYC where she continued her training as a dancer, and started a small collaboration with her sister Karla Choko and kept doing illustration but also transferring some of those illustrations into prints in shirts.

Together they are trying to make ChokoChalski grow and have projects that focus on helping endangered animals.

Raise The Bar (Coolinary Kitchen)

Coolinary Kitchen is made up of the two passions of Natalie Cruz: working with children and creating scrumptious meals in the kitchen. Natalie has been working closely with children for the last decade and has been creating in the kitchen for longer.

Besides making delicious food, cooking enables children to work on their fine motor skills (chopping, opening jars/lids, hand and eye coordination), early math skills (counting, measuring etc.), science skills (temperature, cause/effect, chemistry) and so much more.

Coolinary Kitchen believes bringing children into the kitchen gives them a boost of self-esteem, feeling of accomplishment and a new outlet for creativity.

Queens88

Queens88 is a clothing company founded by artist, Christina Prudenti in 2008. Her clothing reflects where she comes from; a grass roots clothing label where she screen prints, stencils, and paints all of her own designs herself giving each one its own character and identity.

She uses clothing as her canvas. Each design is unique reflecting her surroundings, which she considers being full of color and noise. Learning to print shirts was a completely organic process that she taught herself from a kit out of a box. She paints most of her screens freehand with images inspired by life around her, music, art, street art, poetry, travel, love, love lost, her personal paintings and photographs. It’s the strange and unpredictable happenings of life that keep her designs fresh and authentic.

Due to a legal discrepancy, queens77 is now queens88.  Same everything, different name. queens88 offers wearable art for women, men and kids. Each piece is made in America with water based ecofriendly ink out of her studios in Queens and Brooklyn.

Nena's Cupcakes & Goodies

Nena's Cupcakes & Goodies Created in 2013 by Anika Tifft.

Inspired by Anika's one eyed cat, Nena, the name was born.

Anika started baking gluten free/vegan in 2012 when she found out about numerous allergies she was faced with and struggled to find foods that were gluten free/vegan without masses of sugar. Nena's strives to bake the best gluten free using organic ingredients and only non refined sugars such as pure maple syrup and organic coconut palm sugar, both low glycemic sweeteners.

The company is still very small, working out of Anika's kitchen in Astoria, NY, creating orders for local people and friends, as well as selling goodies at some events at Sol Dance Center.

Nena hopes you find her treats exciting. She is always happy to meet

more gluten free friends!

Stone Cottage Soapworks Inc. was established in 2003. We are a small company that focuses on handcrafted products. There are no animal by-products used in our manufacturing and we self-test all products before we sell them. We specialize in soap scents that are unusual and unique as well as bringing you some more familiar fragrances. Each soap is produced in small batches of 48 or 96 bars. The freshly made soap is cut into bars and allowed to cure for 30 to 60 days. The bars are then hand trimmed, polished and boxed and our bars weigh approximately 4-4.5 oz or more dependent upon additives weight.
